Alana De Garza's beautiful face is awe-inspiring on small screens. De La Garza born 1976 to an Irish mother and a Mexican father in Columbus Ohio. Within a short time she was moving to Texas and pursued her master's degree in physical therapy at University of Texas. De La Garza did not reside in Texas for very long, and she soon moved in Orlando Florida, where she was able to take on various acting roles, including independent local commercials as well as films. Despite small roles, she soon discovered her love for acting. In 2001, she moved to New York where her first part was in All My Children's daytime soap opera as Rosa Santos. During the early part of the 2000s, she appeared in small roles on JAG Vegas and Two and a Half Men. Her debut major series was on The Mountain. De La Garza, who was Maria Serrano on The Mountain had the privilege of appearing with a variety of top TV celebrities including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pilegget and Mitch. She played A.D.A. on Law & Order in 2006. Connie Rubirosa. She was on for 85 of the episodes. Then, she appeared in The Law & Order: LA film, a short-lived sequel. Her character received several nominations, including Best Supporting Actress for Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards. She was also awarded ALMA Award nods. She won the Impact Award in 2008 for her outstanding performance on a dramatic television series from National Hispanic Media Coalition. Just a few minutes later, De La Garza was cast in CSI Miami in a recurring character. She performed the role of Marisol Deko as the spouse to David Caruso's Horatio. She played Dr. Lena Solis in NBC's dark drama Do No Harm. Alyssa Milano was canceled by NBC in the first two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She is the younger sibling of Cory and is Italian from a family of Italian heritage. Milano was born into a relatively conservative and religious family. Milano was able to begin her acting career at seven when her babysitter took her to a stage audition. Four girls were selected from over 1000 hopefuls. Milano was featured in commercials for TV as well as off Broadway shows, including the American first adaptation musical to Jane Eyre.
