Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn has been an actor for more than twenty years. Anna Gunn is an American actress. In addition to playing Martha Bullock and Jean Ward She has also appeared on The Practice. Anna Gunn began acting as an infant at Sante Fe New Mexico. The family moved to Ohio in the United States, where she nurtured her interest in the stage. She did theatre studies at Northwestern University, and spent an entire semester at the British American Drama Academy. Anna spent a few seasons performing in Chicago theatre before moving on to TV and film roles. Anna got her big break in 1992 when she appeared as Arden for 29 episodes of Down the Shore. After guest appearances as a Star in several TV Shows and Films, including Seinfeld as well as NYPD Blue during the 90's and was later chosen to play Jean Ward as part of The Practice. She starred as Martha Bullock in Deadwood for two seasons during the 2000s. She also starred as Skyler in Breaking Bad as Skyler, in 2008. Sully, the Deadwood film and other films included her. Gunn is also a part of the the stage for David Schwimmer's production Sex With Strangers. She was also a part of the four-part podcast audio drama Numbered days, which was made available in 2022. Breaking Bad is often centered around the relationship that Walter White with his wife Skyler. Their conflicted relationship and final break-up echoes the end of Walter White's story.
